DEFINITIONS:
Administrative Fee – This NON-REFUNDABLE fee offsets the costs of invoicing, financial software, and other administrative costs. The administrative fee is due by May 15, 2011.Enrollment Deposit - In the spring, current students pay $500.00 to guarantee a classroom space for the following year. The NON-REFUNDABLE enrollment deposit is due April 15, 2011.
Consumable Fee - This is a one-time fee that is collected May 15, 2011. It covers such costs as textbook rental, test scoring fees, classroom equipment, music, library materials, science lab fees, teacher budgets for classroom supplies, and field trips.
Extra-Curricular Fee - This fee is for those students who participate in athletics, drama, music, Science Olympiad, and other extra-curricular activities. These fees range between $70.00 and $225.00.
