Enrollment season can feel like a lot of moving parts, especially when you’re juggling school, work, and real life. Our goal is to make the process simple, predictable, and low-stress, with clear deadlines and plenty of support along the way.

Here are the key dates to keep on your radar for financial aid and enrollment contracts.

The main timeline (Priority Window)

To keep things straightforward, this is the timeline we’re working from:

February 2: Financial Aid Applications Due (Priority Deadline)
This is the best deadline to aim for. Submitting by February 2 gives your application priority consideration while the full financial aid budget is available and allows for early verification status. In plain terms: if you meet the priority deadline, you can typically use last year’s tax return to complete your application while you work on this year’s filing.

February 2–February 14: Supporting documents typically submitted
Most families use this window to upload documents like W-2s, 1099s, and tax returns. If you’re missing something, don’t panic. Submit what you can, and reach out. We’ll help you navigate what’s needed.

February 16: Contracts Sent
Enrollment contracts are sent to families.

February 28: Financial Aid Award Notifications
Financial aid decisions are released.

March 2: Contract Deadline
Contracts are due back by this date.

After mid-March: Financial aid moves to rolling consideration
After mid-March, financial aid decisions typically shift to rolling consideration, based on remaining budget. You can still apply, but funding availability may be more limited.

Missed the priority window? You still have options!

Life happens. If you miss the February 2 priority deadline, you can still apply during one of our later rounds, but you will typically need this year’s tax return as part of your materials.

March 1: Second Round Financial Aid Deadline
April 1: Third Round Financial Aid Deadline

These deadlines are designed to provide flexibility for families who need a little more time.
