Have a kid who is always making something, selling something, dreaming up an idea or figuring out a better way to do something?

The Wichita Children’s Business Fair is giving young entrepreneurs a chance to turn those ideas into a real business for a day.

Students ages 6–12 can participate individually or with a team, developing their own product or service, setting prices, creating a brand and marketing plan, and then selling directly to customers during the one-day marketplace at Bradley Fair.

Saturday, October 3
10:00 a.m.–1:00 p.m.
Bradley Fair
Open to ages 6–12

Businesses can be built around all kinds of interests and talents, so this could be a fun opportunity for our Panthers who already create art or handmade goods, have a hobby they could turn into a product, or simply have an idea they would like to try.

The booth fee is $10, and students are expected to take the lead in creating and running their businesses.

Applications are open now.
