TIS Students Earn Global Seal of Biliteracy

The Spanish department is proud to celebrate three Upper School students who earned the Global Seal of Biliteracy this year: Izzy Long, Poem Morrow, and Neel Reddy.

The Global Seal of Biliteracy is a widely recognized credential that allows students to showcase their language skills to universities and future employers. Aligned with the ACTFL Proficiency Scale, the seal reflects a strong standard of language proficiency across listening, speaking, reading, and writing.

To earn this distinction, students must demonstrate Intermediate-High or Advanced proficiency on all four AAPPL assessments: Interpersonal Listening and Speaking, Interpretive Reading, Interpretive Listening, and Presentational Writing.

This is an impressive achievement and a meaningful reflection of the dedication, skill, and hard work these students have shown in their Spanish studies.

Please join us in congratulating Izzy, Poem, and Neel!

¡Felicidades!
