Nina Andro | Fundraising Consultant








Nina Andro serves as a fundraising consultant for The Independent School, supporting donor engagement, strategic partnerships, sponsorship opportunities, and special initiatives that help advance the school’s mission.

As President of Acclaim Consulting and Big Sur Films, Nina brings more than three decades of experience in fundraising, nonprofit partnerships, events, business development, and integrated marketing communications. She has worked with organizations including the Los Angeles Fire Department Foundation, American Red Cross, Colburn School, UCLA, and the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation, helping connect mission-driven work with philanthropic and community support.

Nina’s background spans nonprofit advancement, corporate sponsorships, brand strategy, communications, entertainment, hospitality, and international partnerships. In her consulting role with TIS, she helps identify revenue-generating opportunities, strengthen donor relationships, and support messaging aligned with the school’s long-term growth.

 

 

 

Every gift supports the foundation of our fundraising efforts, allowing the school to fulfill our mission to serve a diverse student population in a safe, supportive community, conducive to the intellectual, emotional and physical growth of each independent student. Every year the Annual Fund provides critical resources for the school’s most important priorities, including academics, financial aid, art, athletics and technology.
