COVID testing will be available daily (except Friday and Saturday) after school in the Lower School room 112 (map). An appointment assures a spot to be tested.
Please be sure to bring a completed permission form if you have not already completed one, or you may be refused a test!
On Sunday, 2/6, testing will be available from 2 - 4 PM. If participating in the "Test to Stay" protocol of our COVID Policy, you may also test with your own medical provider any time after 2 PM on Sunday, and provide documentation to your division office. If planning to test on Sunday, please sign up for an appointment (New links posted weekly).
Students may test between 2 PM (if they have a study hall or are otherwise excused before the end of school) and 4 PM Monday through Thursday in the Lower School room 112. Please sign up for an appointment each day. Please contact firstname.lastname@example.org for more information. Faculty and staff may also test on Monday through Thursday.
All students wishing to test MUST submit a permission form or already have a permission form on file. Students who arrive without a signed permission form or without one already on file will NOT be tested.
Students who require a Test to Stay and do not have a permission form will not be permitted to attend school until they have a verified negative test from another test provider, or until they provide a permission form and undergo a test on campus.
