Covid-19 Sign-Up 3/7 to 3/10

COVID testing will be available Monday through Thursday after school in the Lower School room 112 (map). An appointment assures a spot to be tested.

Please be sure to bring a completed permission form if you have not already completed one, or you may be refused a test.

Students may test between 2 PM (if they have a study hall or are otherwise excused before the end of school) and 4 PM Monday through Thursday in the Lower School room 112. Please sign up for an appointment each day. Please contact maycie.rose@theindependentschool.com for more information. Faculty and staff may also test on Monday through Thursday.

All students wishing to test MUST submit a permission form or already have a permission form on file. Students who arrive without a signed permission form or without one already on file will NOT be tested.

Students who require a Test to Stay and do not have a permission form will not be permitted to attend school until they have a verified negative test from another test provider, or until they provide a permission form and undergo a test on campus.
